PAWZILLA ships wholesale pet supplies worldwide via DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and sea freight. Learn about lead times, shipping costs, customs, and tracking.

 

How We Ship

We ship to  50+ countries   through a mix of express couriers, air freight, and sea freight — depending on your order size, destination, and timeline.

We pick the best option  for your destination, weight, and budget. Just tell us your target arrival date and we'll work backward.

 

 Local Pickup & Yiwu Delivery

Free delivery within Yiwu:  If your warehouse or pickup point is located in Yiwu city, we deliver your order to your designated address **free of charge**. Same-day or next-day delivery is usually available for in-stock items.

To arrange free Yiwu delivery, just confirm your warehouse address when placing the order. No minimum order quantity applies.

**Note:** This free delivery applies only to addresses within Yiwu city. **All international shipments are charged at cost** — we do not offer free international shipping on any order, sample or bulk. See the next section for international shipping costs.

Lead Times

- In-stock products:  Ships in 1–3 business days after payment clears.
- Custom / OEM  products:** 7–25 days depending on complexity. Confirmed in your quote.
- Mixed orders:   Lead time = the slowest SKU in the order. We confirm before production.

 Order cutoff for same-day shipping: 14:00 China Standard Time (GMT+8).** Orders paid after cutoff ship the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is quoted **separately from product cost** and depends on:

- Destination country & postal code
- Package weight & dimensions (volumetric weight applies for air)
- Carrier selected
- Declared value (for customs)

Sample orders:  Shipping is quoted at cost with the best available rate for your destination. We confirm the shipping cost and method before charging.

**Bulk orders:** Per-kg or per-carton rates. We share carrier invoices for transparency.

Tracking

- Every shipment gets a tracking number** sent to you on dispatch day.
- We monitor all in-transit packages and follow up with the carrier if anything stalls.
- You can also track on [17track.net](https://www.17track.net) using your tracking number.

 Customs, Duties & Taxes

- Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees** are the buyer's responsibility and are **not included** in the product or shipping price.
- We provide commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin (Form E, Form F, Form A) as needed.
- For DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) quotes, please ask — we can arrange this for many destinations at an additional fee.
- **Buyers are responsible for knowing their local import rules.** If a shipment is held or returned due to local restrictions, we cannot refund shipping costs, but we'll work with you on a replacement plan.

Restricted Destinations

We do not ship to countries or regions under international sanctions. As of the latest update, this includes North Korea, Iran, Syria, and Crimea. If unsure, message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

 

 Lost or Damaged Shipments

- In-transit damage:** Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement on confirmation.
- Lost shipments:** Carrier investigations take 7–30 days. Once confirmed lost, we ship a replacement or refund in full.
- Wrong address:** If a package is returned due to an address error, redelivery is at the buyer's cost.
