Sample Order Process
Step 1 — Tell Us What You Want to Sample
Send us a list of products you want to test:
- Product name, link, or SKU
- Quantity per item (usually 1–3 units per SKU is enough)
- Your destination country & city
- Preferred shipping method (DHL, FedEx, Aramex, EMS)
Tip: If you're just starting, 5–10 different products give you a good feel for our quality and range.
Step 2 — Get a Sample Quote
We reply with:
- Sample cost per unit (usually 1.2x–1.5x the bulk price, depending on the product)
- Shipping cost (quoted at cost with the best available rate for your route)
- Lead time (samples usually ship within 1–3 business days)
Sample order value: Minimum sample order is **USD 50** in product value (excluding shipping). This covers handling and ensures we can send you a useful variety.
Step 3 — Pay & Receive
- Pay via T/T, PayPal, Western Union, or Alipay/WeChat Pay.
- We ship within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
- You receive a **tracking number** and estimated delivery date.
- Most samples arrive in **3–7 business days** via express courier.
Step 4 — Test & Decide
Once you receive your samples:
- Test them thoroughly (yes, even have a real pet test them)
- Compare quality to the website photos
- Check packaging, materials, dimensions
- Decide which products you want to bulk order

2. **Get a fresh quote** — with bulk pricing (typically 20%–40% off sample price) and shipping.
3. **Confirm & pay** — 30% deposit + 70% balance is standard for new customers.
4. **We produce / prep your order** — with quality checks before shipping.
5. **We ship & you receive tracking** — and follow up to confirm everything arrived safely.
