Ordering in 5 Steps
We've kept the ordering process simple so you can move from inquiry to delivery without back-and-forth delays. Most first-time buyers complete the full flow in 3–7 days.

3. Destination country & city
4. Preferred shipping method (express / air / sea)
5. Your company name & contact info
**No inquiry is too small.** Sample orders, mixed-SKU orders, and trial orders are all welcome.
Step 2 — Receive Your Quote
We reply within 2 hours during business hours (China Standard Time, GMT+8) with:
-Product cost (per unit, based on your quantity)
-Shipping cost (best available rate for your route)
- Lead time (production + shipping)
- Payment terms (see below)
- Product photos & specs (so you can verify quality before committing)
If anything in the quote isn't right — quantity, shipping method, target price — just tell us, and we'll adjust.
Step 3 — Confirm & Pay
Once you approve the quote, we send a proforma invoice (PI) with:
- Itemized product cost
- Shipping cost
- Bank transfer details
- Order summary
**Payment methods we accept:**

**Payment terms for repeat customers:** After 2–3 successful orders, we can offer **net-30 or 50% deposit + 50% on copy of B/L** for trusted buyers. Ask us about it once we've worked together a few times.

Step 4 — Production & Quality Check
- n-stock products:** Packed and prepared for shipping within 1–3 business days after payment clears.
- Custom / OEM / ODM products:** Production takes 7–25 days depending on complexity. Confirmed in your quote.
- Mixed orders:** Lead time = the slowest SKU in the order. We confirm before production starts.
Quality check before shipping: We inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse. Photos and short videos of your actual order are sent to you on request — especially important for first-time buyers.
Step 5 — Ship & Track
- We ship via **DHL, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, EMS, air freight, or sea freight**, depending on your destination, size, and timeline.
- You receive a **tracking number** on dispatch day.
- We monitor in-transit packages and follow up with the carrier if anything stalls.
- For sea freight, we send you the **B/L (Bill of Lading)** and all customs documents.
Order cutoff for same-day shipping: 14:00 China Standard Time (GMT+8). Orders paid after cutoff ship the next business day.
